A Birthday Card for My Dad

Today is my favorite kind of day off.  It's cloudy, rain in the forecast, and I don't have to go anywhere!  It's perfect scary movie watching crafty kind of day!

Here is a card I made for my Dad.  He has always loved model railroads and when I went home for Father's Day, I found my old bedroom was now converted into a railroad of Carson City during the Gold Rush.  It was very impressive!  So, a card with trains was very fitting.  Some of the very first dies I bought where Quickutz, and this cute little train was one of them.  I did buy it especially for my Dad.

Supplies:
Stamps:  My Favorite Things-Big Greetings
Ink:  Versfine, Mememto
Paper:  October Afternoon, Bazzill, Recollections, MME
Misc:  Papertrey Ink alphabet dies, foam mounting tape, Quickutz train die

Thanks for stopping by,
