Putting On The Glitz

I'm so proud of myself right now. I made with card with supplies I already had, I didn't go buy anything new to finish it! That never happens.

Her dress and hat are paper pieced. Diamond Glaze was applied to her shoes, belt and hat band to give it a patent leather look.
