I decided that I wanted to try a pop up card. I hadn't made one yet, and decided that my Mom would really like one for Mother's Day. I finished it yesterday, but I keep adding more embellishments onto it! So, I had to finally decide that it was done, so I took the pictures.
I cut the flower pot freehand. The flowers were made using the Sweet Treats Cricut Cartridge and some Papertrey Ink Dies. I just used an oval paper punch to cut the leaves out. A few buttons, some bling and butterflies finished it off. There are lots of pop up dots. So, the card, when folded, doesn't lay completely flat. I think I will tie a bow around it to keep it shut.
A close up of the flower pot:
Supplies:
Stamps: Dandelion Designs-Sentiment
Paper: Bazzill, Echo Park, MME
Ink; Memento, Colorbok
Misc: Flower dies, paper punches, buttons, half pearls, pop up dots, Scor-pal, Cricut Sweet Treats Cartridge, Scor-Tape
