I'm trying something a little different today. Usually, I like lots of layers, colors, embellishments and more! I've seen a lot of really pretty cards that predominately white with just a little splash of color. So, I decided to try it myself. The flowers were made using the Sweet Treats Cricut Cartridge.
Stamps: My Favorite Things-Big Greetings
Paper: Bazzill, American Crafts
Misc: Nestabilities, pop up dots, buttons, Cricut Sweet Treats Cartridge
I have been practicing my Copic coloring skills on some My Favorite Things Pure Innocence stamps. This one is called Peek-A-Boo. The layout of the card was inspired/copied from a card I found on Pinterest. You can find it here.
I didn't have the fence die, so I improvised by using the Stampin Up Word Window punch. I've used that punch before for fences, and have been pleased with the results.

Happy 4th of July!!! I am so excited, this is one of my favorite holidays and for the first time in a very long time, I have the day off!! I'm going to a cookout at my Mom's. I made my macaroni salad and cupcakes this morning.
My nephew, David, is stationed in Korea. I made this card for him, I just need to mail it! Private Message was colored with both Copics and Prisma Color Pencils. I made the flag with some strips of designer paper and a little machine sewing. The stars are adhered with pop up dots just to give it a little more depth. The sentiment is from Verses, I just love it.
