Florida Snowballs!
Our brief cold weather is over, and it's hot again here in Central Florida. I had to turn the air conditioning back on last night. So, I'm hoping these snowballs will help coax some cool weather back!
They are super simple to make, even the kids can make them for friends and teachers. The "snowball" is an Aqua Pod by Zephyrhills, they come eight in a package. The hat is made with a sock and a pom pom. Paper punches were used to make the face and mittens. The sentiment is computer generated and can be easily changed for any "hot" state! I made the nose with Sculpey Oven Bake Clay. The sock hat just slips off, so you can still drink the water.
Supplies:
Paper: The Paper Company, Bazzill
Misc: Paper punches, sock, popm pom, sticky strip, rhinestones, sculpey oven bake clay, wooden skewer, white gel pen
Thanks for stopping by,
